The present invention relates to a process for preparing a carbon coated lithium iron iron nanopowder powder, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a lithium precursor, an iron precursor and a phosphorus precursor by adding to a glycerin solvent; a mixture solution, (b) placing the mixture solution in a reactor and heating to prepare amorphous lithium iron phosphate seed particles, and (c) heat treating the lithium iron phosphate seed particles to prepare a portion of the particles A carbon coated lithium iron phosphate powder having a surface or a total surface, and the present invention relates to a carbon coated lithium iron iron nanopowder powder prepared by the above method. The carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate nanopowder powder having a controlled particle size and particle size distribution can be prepared in a short time by performing two simple steps. The lithium secondary battery comprising the carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate nanoparticle prepared as a cathode active material has good capacitance and stability. |
