The present invention relates to a method for preparing a lithium iron phosphate nano powder comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a mixture solution by adding a lithium precursor, an iron precursor and a phosphorus precursor in a glycerin solvent; and (b) The mixture solution is placed in a reactor and heated to produce the lithium iron phosphate nanopowder powder under a pressure of 1 to 10 bar, and the lithium iron phosphate powder obtained by the method. Compared to the general hydrothermal synthesis method, the supercritical hydrothermal synthesis method and the glycolysis synthesis method, the reaction can be carried out under relatively low pressure. Therefore, a high temperature/high pressure reactor is not required and the safety and economic viability of the program can be ensured. In addition, lithium iron phosphate nanopowder powder having a uniform particle size and an effectively controlled particle size distribution can be easily produced. |
