abstract [Problem] The present invention provides a biaxially oriented polyamine-based resin film which is excellent in laminate strength, low-temperature pinhole resistance, impact resistance, and transparency, and which can maintain a good appearance even when sterilized in hot water. [Solution] A biaxially oriented polyamine-based resin film comprising a polyamine-based resin, a polyolefin-based elastomer, and/or a polyamide-based elastomer, and satisfying the following (1) to (5): 1) Using the Glober flex tester for the torsion bending test, the number of defects of Gruber pinholes is less than 5 when the temperature is 1000° at 1 °C; (2) the impact strength is 0.9 J or more; 3) The full penetration haze value is 5.0% or less; (4) The static friction coefficient at a temperature of 23 ° C and a relative humidity of 50% is 0.7 or less; (5) The above-mentioned biaxial alignment polyamine resin film is laminated and not extended The laminated film of the polyethylene resin film has a laminate strength of 5.0 N/15 mm or more.
