abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a red light-emitting phosphor having high light-emitting efficiency that emits light by excitation of light having a light-emitting peak in a blue region, and a method of producing the same. The solution of the present invention is characterized by the following general formula (A): a compound represented by Ka(Si1-xy, Tix, Mny)Fb (A); the property obtained by powder X-ray diffraction analysis belongs to ( 400) The half-peak of the surface of the ray is a phosphor having a full amplitude of 0.2 or less. This phosphor can be produced by preparing an aqueous solution containing potassium permanganate and hydrogen fluoride as a reaction solution, immersing the rhodium source in the reaction solution, and allowing the reaction to be carried out for 20 minutes or more and 80 minutes or less. |
