abstract |
The present invention provides a vitamin K2 microsphere (VK2MS) comprising a poly(lactide-co-glycolide acid; PLGA) microparticle, wherein the weight average of polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid (PLGA) The molecular weight (Mw) is between 1000 and 300,000, and the molar ratio of the polylactic acid (PL) to the polyglycolic acid (PGA) repeating unit is from 1 to 9:9 to 1; and a vitamin K2 is buried in polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid (PLGA) particles, wherein vitamin K2 accounts for 0.005 to 75% by weight of the microspheres. The present invention also provides a method, a use, and a pharmaceutical agent for the above-described vitamin K2 microspheres (VK2MS). |
