abstract |
The polypeptide of the present invention or a salt thereof, which is a peptide derivative of exendin-4 or a salt thereof, wherein the polypeptide is formed from an amino acid sequence represented by "Y-QMEEEAVRLFIEWLKNGGPSSGAPPPS-NH2 (I)"; "Y-" means N-terminal α-amine group, and "B-DLSK(II)", "H2N-DLSX(III)", "B-HGEGTFTSDLSK(IV)" or "H2N-HGEGTFTSDLSX(V) The C-terminal carboxyl group of the amino acid sequence shown in any one of them forms a peptide bond; in the formulas (II) and (IV), the "B-" system represents a modified N using a modified group having a radioactive gallium binding site.
