Tire vulcanization bag |
abstract |
The present invention provides a bag for vulcanization of a tire which is excellent in heat resistance and has a longer service life than the prior art. In the present invention, the urethane rubber composition is used to form a bag for tire vulcanization, and the acryl rubber composition is at least 94.5 to 99.5 mass% with respect to the structural unit derived from the alkyl (meth) acrylate. 100 parts by mass of the acrylic rubber of 0.5 to 5% by mass of the structural unit of the (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ether unit, the arithmetic mean particle diameter measured according to JIS Z8901 is 20 to 30 nm, and the DBP oil absorption is 70~. 30 to 200 parts by mass of 130 ml/100 g of carbon black, and 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of the imidazole compound as a crosslinking agent. |
