In the present invention, a transparent conductive film which is less likely to be derived from an amine compound is formed by stably dispersing a conductive composition which is soluble in an organic solvent-based solvent. The present invention relates to a conductive composition, a method for producing the same, an antistatic resin composition obtained by mixing the conductive composition with a resin solution dissolved in an organic solvent, and curing the antistatic resin composition. The antistatic resin film comprising (a) a π-conjugated conductive polymer, (b) a polyanion doped in the (a) π-conjugated conductive polymer, and (c) a reaction product of an anion other than that required for doping in the above (b) polyanion with an organic compound containing an oxiranyl group and/or an oxetane group, and the dispersion is soluble in an organic solvent.
