The present invention provides a porous polymer flat membrane for MBR, which is capable of maintaining hydrophilicity, high water permeability and offset resistance over a long period of time, and is formed of a hydrophobic polymer porous membrane having a network structure. And a sheet-like substrate supporting the film, characterized in that at least the surface of the porous polymer membrane is coated and fixed with insoluble hydroxypropylcellulose, and the ratio of hydroxypropylcellulose to flat membrane is 0.4 to 1.0% by weight, when the NMR spectrum of the hydroxypropylcellulose coated and fixed on the membrane was measured using a nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus (proton NMR), the spectral peak B intensity occurring at 4.12 ppm was relatively present at 3.75 ppm. The ratio of the peak intensity of the spectrum A (B/A) is 12 to 30%. |
