abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a display panel comprising the steps of: (A) providing a carrier plate on which a spacer layer is formed, the spacer layer having a hydrophobic surface; and (B) laminating a glass substrate on the spacer layer a hydrophobic surface such that the spacer layer is positioned between the carrier and the glass substrate; (C) forming a display element on the glass substrate; and (D) separating the glass substrate from the spacer layer and the carrier to form a display panel Wherein the water contact angle of the hydrophobic surface is between 25° and 180°. |
