abstract The invention provides an ion sensing device comprising at least a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, a sensing film and a packaging material. The first electrode is disposed on the substrate and has a first body portion and a plurality of first fingers electrically connected to the first body portion, and the second electrode is also disposed on the substrate and has a second body portion and And a plurality of second fingers electrically connected to the second body, wherein the plurality of first fingers and the plurality of second fingers are parallel to each other and alternately arranged to form a sensing region. The sensing film covers the sensing area, and the encapsulating material is disposed on the periphery of the sensing area for encapsulating the sensing area. A method of fabricating the above ion sensing device is also disclosed in the present invention.
