titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal composition and liquid crystal display element using same |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal composition which does not impart dielectric anisotropy, viscosity, a nematic phase upper limit temperature, and a nematic phase stability at a low temperature, and a liquid crystal display element using the liquid crystal composition. Γ1 or the like is a suitable liquid crystal display element for each of the characteristics of the liquid crystal display element and the afterimage characteristics of the display element, which is less likely to cause dripping marks during production, and which realizes a stable discharge amount of the liquid crystal material in the ODF step. The present invention provides a liquid crystal composition containing a compound represented by the formula (I-1) and containing one or more compounds represented by the formula (II), wherein the dielectric anisotropy is negative, and a liquid crystal composition is provided. A liquid crystal display element using the liquid crystal composition. |
