Formulation and method for forming a solution of a substrate containing an arsenic dopant |
abstract |
The present invention describes formulations of solutions and methods for forming substrates containing dopants. In a particular embodiment, the dopant can contain arsenic (As). In one embodiment, a dopant solution comprising a solvent and a dopant is provided. In a particular embodiment, the dopant solution can have a flash point that is at least about equal to a minimum temperature at which atoms at the surface of the substrate can be attached to the arsenic-containing compound of the dopant solution. In one embodiment, a plurality of germanium atoms at the surface of the substrate are covalently bonded to the arsenic containing compound. |
