abstract | The present invention relates to a liquid crystal alignment treatment agent which can form a liquid crystal alignment film which does not lower the vertical alignment force and increase the response speed after UV irradiation, and a liquid crystal alignment film obtained by the liquid crystal alignment treatment agent, using no added liquid crystal polymerization. A liquid crystal display element in which the liquid crystal of the compound is treated in the same manner as in the PSA method to increase the response speed after UV irradiation. The liquid crystal alignment treatment agent contains the following components (A) and (B). The component (A) is a polymer selected from the group consisting of polylysine and polyimine; the component (B) is polycondensed and contains the alkoxydecane represented by the formula (1) and the formula (3) A polyoxyalkylene of the alkoxydecane of the alkoxydecane shown.
