The solution of the present invention is a result of reviewing the method for enhancing the antitumor effect of a taxane-based antitumor agent, and confirms that it contains N2-(2E)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2- Propylmercapto]-N-[2-carbonyl-2-(4-{[6-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-4-yl]oxy}piperidin-1-yl)ethyl]-3-pyridine- The present invention can be accomplished by enhancing the antitumor effect of a taxane-based antitumor agent by using 2-methyl-L-alanamine (FK330) or a salt thereof as a therapeutic composition for cancer. In other words, the present application relates to a cancer therapeutic composition containing FK330 or a salt thereof as an active ingredient in combination with one or more antitumor agents selected from the group consisting of taxane-based antitumor agents. The form is a therapeutic composition for prostate cancer or ovarian cancer.
