The present invention relates to a porcine circovirus type 2 virus particle produced by using pseudorabies virus (PRV), and a subunit vaccine composition thereof for controlling porcine circovirus infection. The present invention features a recombinant PRV strain having a cap gene having at least a gE gene defect and comprising a PCV2 capsid protein (Cap), and further exhibiting a porcine circovirus type 2 virus particle (VLP). |
