abstract | A method for preparing an edible oil composition containing a curcumin compound comprises the steps of: providing linseed oil; adding a turmeric powder filtered through a mesh of 60 mesh to 100 mesh, mixing and stirring with the linseed oil , forming a mixed liquid, wherein the total amount of the linseed oil is 100 ml, the curcum powder is used in an amount ranging from 10 g to 20 g; and the mixture is subjected to a solid-liquid separation treatment, The obtained liquid is an edible oil composition containing a curcumin compound. The method of the present invention can make the edible oil composition have a high content of curcumin compound through the use of the linseed oil and the sieve-filtered turmeric powder and the content thereof, and then can be mass-produced. An organic solvent is required and no concentration step is required. |
