abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a capacitor comprising the following process steps: a) providing an electrode body (1) of an electrode material (2), wherein a dielectric (3) is formed during formation of the anode body (5) At least partially covering one surface (4) of the electrode material (2); b) introducing a dispersion into at least a portion of the anode body (5), the dispersion comprising a dispersant, an externally doped conductive polymer, and Covalently bonded to the opposite ion of the outer doped conductive polymer; c) at least partially removing the dispersant during obtaining the solid electrolyte (6) in the capacitor body; wherein self-doping conductivity is additionally A polymer is introduced into at least a portion of the anode body (5).
