An object of the present invention is to provide a one-liquid type resin composition for coating which is excellent in heat-bonding property, excellent in pencil hardness and scratch resistance, and further excellent in chemical resistance. It can be hardened by a short time using an active energy ray or the like and is relatively inexpensive. The present invention relates to an active energy ray-curable composition comprising: (A) a (meth)acrylic copolymer having one or more sulfhydryl groups bonded to a hydrolyzable group; (B) a photoacid generator And (C) cerium oxide microparticles, wherein the primary particles have an average particle diameter of 5 to 100 nm, and may be at least selected from the group consisting of a flame hydrolysis method, an arc method, a plasma method, and a molten solid method.
