abstract The present application provides an oxynitride orange-red fluorescent material, including a luminescent film or luminescent sheet thereof and a light emitting device. The chemical formula of the oxynitride orange-red fluorescent substance is MmAaSixNyOz:dR, wherein the M element is one or more elements of Ca, Sr or Ba; the A element is one of Al or Al and Ga, La, Sc or Y Or a mixture of one or more elements; the R element is one or more elements of Ce, Eu or Mn; and the above chemical formula satisfies 0.8≦m≦1.2, 1<a<1.7, 1<x<1.7, 3<y<4.2 , 0 < z < 0.7, 0.001 ≦ d ≦ 0.2. The oxynitride orange-red fluorescent material provided by the invention can emit orange-red light under the excitation of the radiation source, and the fluorescent material has good luminous efficiency and can satisfy high color rendering and low color.
