abstract | The present invention provides an aqueous dispersion which is excellent in dispersion stability of a dispersion medium containing water and which does not cause unevenness such as voids and irregularities when formed into a coating film, and which can produce a film having sufficient mechanical strength and flexibility. The polyvinyl acetal fine particles and the aqueous dispersion using the polyvinyl acetal fine particles for the aqueous dispersion are used. The polyvinyl acetal fine particle used in the aqueous dispersion of the present invention is used as a dispersion of an aqueous dispersion, and is composed of a polyvinyl acetal resin having an ionic functional group, and has a volume average particle diameter of 10 nm to 100 μm, and a volume of particles. The CV value of the diameter distribution is 40% or less. |
