abstract | The present invention provides a cationic polymerization initiator which, when used as a curing agent component of an epoxy resin composition, can impart good storage stability without impairing the hardenability of the epoxy resin composition. The cationic polymerization initiator is an onium salt compound represented by the following formula (1). □ (In the formula (1), R1 represents a hydroxyl group or a group represented by any one of the following formulas (2) to (5), R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a carbon number of 1 to 6 6 alkyl, R4 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R5 represents an unsaturated hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, and □□ (in the formulae (2) to (5), R6 alone may have a miscibility An aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon group of a substituent of an atom). |
