abstract The present invention provides a fat-containing food, a method for producing the same, a rapeseed oil, and a method for suppressing heat sterilization. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a fat-containing food in which a heat-sterilized odor is suppressed in a fat-containing food produced by a heat sterilization treatment process. Further, a method for producing the fat-containing food product and suppressing the heat sterilization odor is provided. The fat-containing food product contains rapeseed oil having a Y+10R value of 20 or more in a Lovibond colorimeter, and the fat-containing food product is subjected to heat sterilization treatment. The fat-containing food product is a fat-containing food product: the rapeseed oil is a rapeseed oil subjected to deodorization treatment, and the deodorization temperature of the deodorization treatment is less than 200 °C.
