abstract |
The invention discloses a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch panel includes a substrate, a shielding layer, a plurality of sensing elements, and a buffer layer. In the process of manufacturing the touch panel, the buffer layer is first covered on the substrate or selectively covered on the partial shielding layer, and then another layered structure for forming the sensing element is sputtered on the buffer layer to avoid the substrate. Damaged during the sputtering process. |
