abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive resin composition which can obtain a cured product having a high refractive index, a small yellow coloration, and excellent chemical resistance. The photosensitive resin composition of the present invention is characterized in that (Component A) contains a polymer having a constituent unit of an acid group-protected group, and (Component B) does not have an aromatic ether bond or a phenol group, Further, it has a compound having an epoxy group and/or an oxetanyl group, (Component C) a metal oxide particle, (Component D) a photoacid generator, and (Component E) a solvent. Further, the component C is preferably a titanium oxide particle or a zirconium oxide particle. |
