titleOfInvention | Cell screening method and its set |
abstract | The invention provides a cell screening method and a kit thereof. The cell screening method comprises the following steps: A) providing a substrate comprising a nucleic acid-base responsive polymer; B) inoculating a cell mixture to the substrate, and placing the substrate inoculated with the cell mixture in a culture environment. Wherein the aforementioned cell mixture comprises a first cell and a second cell; and C) adjusting the pH of the culture environment to detach the first cell from the substrate, but attaching the second cell to the substrate . The screening method of the invention utilizes the acid-base response property of the acid-base responsive polymer to manipulate the attachment/disengagement behavior of the cells, thereby achieving the purpose of screening, which is simpler and less expensive than the conventional method. |
