abstract |
The mesh structure according to an embodiment of the present invention provides a mesh structure in which the joint portion of the reinforcing mesh is suppressed and the deterioration of the quality due to the plating film is suppressed. The mesh structure includes an insulating film formed on the upper surface side of the mesh, and a plating film formed on the lower surface side of the mesh and fixed at the intersection of the filaments in the mesh, and can be used for various applications such as printing stencils. The insulating film functions as a masking film at the time of forming a plating film. |
