titleOfInvention Method for producing P-type copper-copper iron ore film
abstract A method for producing a copper-copper iron ore film, wherein the composition of the yttrium iron ore film is represented by the general formula ABO2, A is selected from the group consisting of Ag, Cu, Pd, and Pt, and B is selected from the group consisting of Al, A group consisting of Cr, Ga, Fe, Mn, Co, Rh, In, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Y, and Ti. The proposed method comprises the steps of: spin coating a mixed solution on a substrate, the mixed solution comprising a salt composed of an element A and a salt composed of another B element; and mixing the substrate on the substrate in air. a liquid to form a film precursor; and a normal piezoelectric slurry is applied to the film precursor to form a cuprite film.
