abstract |
The present invention relates to a conductive silver thick film paste composition comprising silver, glass frit and resin strontium silicate, Cr2O3 or a mixture thereof, all dispersed in an organic medium. The invention further relates to electrodes and semiconductor devices formed from the paste composition, and in particular to solar cells comprising such electrodes. This paste is particularly useful for forming sheet electrodes. |
