A surface modified plastic sheet comprising a polymer substrate and a modified polymer film. The polymer substrate is translucent and is composed of a substantially non-polar plastic material and includes a plasma-treated surface; the modified polymer film is translucent and coated on the plasma-treated surface of the polymer substrate. In particular, the modified polymer film is selected from the first composition or the second composition; the first composition is a transparent paint mainly composed of a linear polyester polyol; and the second composition includes a modified terminal carboxyl group. a diene acrylonitrile copolymer (formula (I) below) wherein T is a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer segment, R1 is represented by the following formula (II), and R2 is a divalent hydrocarbon group having at least one benzene ring . □ □ |
