titleOfInvention | Container green tea beverage and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | In the case of drinking in a cool state, especially in the case where the temperature rises and the temperature rises after the opening of the plug, the container can be filled with a deep-colored aroma of the nasal cavity. By adjusting the ratio of the sedimentation suspended solids concentration (SSS) to the suspended solids concentration (SS) in the green tea beverage (SSS/SS) of the container, the ratio is adjusted to 0.07 to 0.48, and the sucrose concentration is compared with the concentration of the monosaccharide. The ratio of the concentration of the saccharide (sucrose/sugar concentration) in the total concentration of the disaccharide is adjusted to 0.74 to 0.94, and it is possible to provide a case in which the liquid temperature rises and the temperature rises even after the opening of the plug, even when the liquid is heated and cooled. A green tea drink is felt in a container with a deep aroma that passes through the nose. |
