A method for preparing a porous carbon material comprises: preparing a first solution, the first solution comprising a surfactant, a carbon source material, and a solvent; and pouring the first solution into the cerium oxide sol aqueous solution to Forming a second solution; preparing an aqueous solution of citrate; pouring an aqueous solution of citrate into the second solution to form a third solution, and precipitating an intermediate product comprising a surfactant, a carbon source material and a a ruthenium oxide template; a heating process for the intermediate product to carbonize the intermediate product; and removal of the ruthenium oxide template in the carbonized intermediate product to form a porous carbon material. |
