abstract |
A self-adhesive curable polyoxyxene adhesive composition comprising: (A) an alkenyl-substituted organopolyoxyalkylene having an average of at least 0.1 alkenyl groups per molecule; (B) an organohydrogenpolyoxyl An alkane having an average of at least 2 hydrogen atoms bonded to ruthenium per molecule in an amount such that the total number of hydrogen atoms bonded to ruthenium in component (B) and all alkenyl groups in component (A) The total amount of molar ratio is less than 1.3:1; (C) a hydrogenation catalyst; (D) an adhesion promoter; and (E) an adhesion catalyst in the form of microscopic particles comprising: (a) a heat activated half a crystalline polymer, and (b) at least one organometallic condensation catalyst having a metal M, wherein the organometallic condensation catalyst is blended or coated with the thermally activated semi-crystalline polymer. A method of producing an adhesive catalyst (E). |
