abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a recombinant surface protein antigen for producing a Streptococcus suis using a bioreactor, which is a method for removing a transmembrane region sequence and/or a partial repeat sequence of a S. suis surface protein Sao (surface antigen one) near the C-terminus but The antigenicity is not affected, and a bioreactor is used to mass-produce the Sao recombinant protein antigen in the prokaryotic expression system. Secondly, the present invention further discloses a vaccine composition comprising the above Sao recombinant protein antigen and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, thereby causing an immune response against Streptococcus suis. |
