Heat conduction condensation reaction curable polyoxyalkylene composition and preparation and use method thereof |
abstract |
A composition comprising: (A) a condensation reaction catalyst, (B) a polyorganosiloxane having an average of at least two hydrolyzable substituents per molecule, (C) a crosslinking agent, and (D) a thermal conductivity Filler. The polyorganosiloxane may be capped with sterol and the crosslinker may be an alkoxymercaptoalkylene functional polyorganosiloxane. The composition can form a thermally conductive product by a condensation reaction. The compositions and products are useful for thermal management in (opto) applications. |
