titleOfInvention | Method for preparing temperature sensitive polymer film |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing a temperature-sensitive polymer film, which comprises mixing and heating isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAAm), thioacetic acid (MAA) and ethanol, and then adding 2,2'-azobisisobutylene. The nitrile (AIBN) initiates the polymerization to obtain an acid-based poly(nitrogen-isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAAm-COOH). Polyethylene glycol (PEG), diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and dimethylformamide (DMF) are mixed and heated to react. Further, an acid-based poly(nitrogen-isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAAm-COOH) was mixed and heated to obtain a gelatinous temperature-sensitive polyurethane (TSPU). The TSPU is dissolved in a DMF solvent, injected into a mold, heated and baked, and then vacuum dried to obtain a TSPU film. |
