abstract The present invention relates to a conductive composition comprising (i) a conductive metal wholly dispersed in an organic medium, (ii) a component selected from the group consisting of Li2RuO3, ion-exchanged Li2RuO3, and mixtures thereof, and Iii) a glass frit. The invention further relates to an electrode formed from the composition and a semiconductor device, particularly a solar cell comprising such an electrode. The electrode provides good adhesion and good electrical properties.
