The present invention is a light-increasing light-emitting device comprising a light-enhancing layer having a molecule; each of the nano-molecules has a conductive core surrounded by an electrically insulating shell; the light-increasing layer is disposed on a top semiconductor layer and is disposed on a light-emitting device One of the light emissions is on a preferred path. The light emission system of the nano-enhanced illuminating device is due to the plasma coupling of the emitter surface. |
