titleOfInvention Solid-state imaging device, method of manufacturing solid-state imaging device, and electronic device
abstract The purpose of the present technology is to provide a solid-state imaging device that suppresses generation of a shadow or color mixing between pixels. Moreover, a method of manufacturing the solid-state imaging device is provided. Furthermore, the present technology relates to a solid-state imaging device that can provide an electronic device using the solid-state imaging device, a method of manufacturing the solid-state imaging device, and an electronic device. A solid-state imaging device according to the present invention includes a substrate, a plurality of pixels including a photoelectric conversion portion provided on the substrate, and a color filter layer provided on a light incident surface side of the substrate. Further, the device includes a component separating portion that is disposed to divide the color filter layer and the substrate in each of the pixels, and has a refractive index lower than a refractive index of the color filter layer and the substrate.
