abstract The present invention provides a radiant heat conduction-suppressing film which can suppress the temperature rise of the heat generating body when it is fixed to a case having a heat generating body therein, and the surface of the case is less likely to generate hot spots, and the surface of the case can be suppressed. The temperature rises. Further, a radiant heat conduction-suppressing adhesive sheet comprising such a radiant heat conduction-suppressing film is provided. The radiant heat conduction-suppressing film of the present invention has a far-infrared ray absorbing, a heat-storing layer, and a heat-conducting layer, and the far-infrared absorbing rate of the far-infrared absorbing and heat-storing layer in the far-infrared region having a wavelength of 7.5 μm to 9.5 μm is 0.8 or more, and heat conduction is performed. The rate is 0.06 W/m‧K or less; the far-infrared absorption rate of the heat-conductive layer in the far-infrared region having a wavelength of 7.5 μm to 9.5 μm is 0.4 or less, and the thermal conductivity is 0.1 W/m·K or more.
