The invention relates to a carbon nanotube metal particle composite, comprising a carbon nanotube and a metal particle, wherein the carbon nanotube metal particle composite further comprises a polymer layer coated on the surface of the carbon nanotube. The polymer layer has a plurality of uniformly distributed pores, and the metal particles are disposed in the plurality of pores. The invention further relates to a catalyst material comprising the above-described nanocarbon tube metal particle composite. |
