abstract | The invention provides a solution film forming method and equipment. An endless belt is used as the casting support, and the center portion and the side portion of the belt are integrated by the welded portion. The belt circulates by the rotation of the drum and travels in the longitudinal direction (direction A). The dope is cast from the casting die in such a manner that the cast film is formed on the central portion and the side portion of the belt. A slight forced meandering movement is performed by the BEP controller that maintains the edge position of the belt constant so that the belt at the casting position swings in the width direction at a constant period. By this forced slight meandering movement, a portion of the cast film on the welded portion, that is, the upper portion of the welded portion also has a slightly meandering shape. Since the upper portion of the welded portion is taken up in a meandering shape when the film is taken up, the black line in the film roll disappears. |
