The present invention is directed to lenses, devices, methods, and/or systems for addressing refractive errors. Some embodiments are directed to changing or controlling the wavefront of light entering a human eye. The lenses, devices, methods, and/or systems can be used to correct, resolve, mitigate, or treat refractive errors and provide excellent vision without significant ghosting at distances as far as possible.
