Provided are composite formulations comprising multi-unit spherical ingots (MUSTs) encapsulated in hard capsules, and methods for preparing the same. The hard capsule composite formulation of the present invention can effectively fill the MUST in the limited space of the capsule, which allows a relatively small size capsule to be filled with a high dose of different pharmaceutically active ingredients, thereby increasing productivity and making it easy to administer To the patient. Also, the capsule has a good dissolution rate because the pharmaceutically active ingredients contained in the capsule are separated from each other; therefore, the dissolution rates of the ingredients are less affected by each other.
