The present invention provides a wavelength conversion member capable of ensuring a sufficient full beam in a white LED having a low color temperature, a method of manufacturing the same, a light-emitting device including the wavelength conversion member, a lighting fixture, and a resin composition. The present invention solves the problem by a wavelength conversion member that wavelength-converts at least a portion of incident light to emit an emitted light of a different wavelength from the incident light, wherein the wavelength conversion member has a surface a planar structure comprising a phosphor that absorbs at least a portion of the incident light and emits light of a different wavelength from the incident light, and a resin that holds the phosphor, and at least a part of the planar structure The light transmittance is 30% or more and 70% or less. |
