titleOfInvention Polyamide fiber and its manufacturing method
abstract The present invention is to provide a polyamide fiber which has a high elongation and is processed into a yarn which can be varied and has excellent productivity. A polyamide fiber which is a polydecylamine having a polymer of the structural formula A shown below, or a polyamine of a polymer of the structural formula B, and having a strength of 3.5 cN/dtex or more and an elongation of 70 ~150%; □ □ In structural formula A, l is 9~12; in structural formula B, (m+n)/2 is 6~12. Further, the polyamide fiber of the present invention is characterized in that the molten polyamine is discharged from a nozzle to form a sliver, and the sliver is cooled and solidified by cooling air, and after the spun yarn is attached to the sliver, the yarn is recovered. And further winding the yarn. Furthermore, the following (a) and (b) are satisfied. (a) The distance from the nozzle outlet to the adhesion of the spinning oil agent is 500 mm or more and 1500 mm or less. (b) The recovery rate is 3300 m/min or more and 4300 m/min or less, and the coiling speed is 0.8 to 1.2 times the recovery speed.
