abstract |
The present invention provides an adhesive which satisfies the adhesive properties and which can realize a low dielectric constant adhesive layer. The adhesive contains a (meth)acrylic polymer, and the (meth)acrylic polymer is an alkyl (meth)acrylate containing a branched alkyl group having a carbon number of 8 to 24 at the ester terminal ( A1) is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component of an alkyl (meth)acrylate (a2) having a linear alkyl group having 8 to 24 carbon atoms at the ester terminal. |
