titleOfInvention Release film for the production of green sheets
abstract The present invention provides a release film for producing green sheets. The release film has a substrate and a release agent layer. The substrate has a first side and a second side. A release agent layer is formed on the first side of the substrate. The largest protrusion height on the second side of the substrate is between 60 nm and 500 nm, and the protrusion area on the second side having a protrusion height of more than 60 nm accounts for less than 10% of the total area of the second side. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of pinholes or uneven thickness on the finished green sheet.
