abstract | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a flame-retardant structural fabric, which is suitable for a conveyor belt. This manufacturing method comprises the steps of first kneading a plurality of fibers to form a fabric. The fabric is then impregnated with an aqueous hardener to form the first structural fabric. The first structural fabric is then impregnated with a flame retardant to form the first structural fabric into a second structural fabric. And thermally curing the second structural fabric to form a flame retardant cured layer on the surface thereof. By this manufacturing method, the flame retardancy of the flame-retardant structural fabric can be improved, and it is also suitable for producing a flame-retardant conveyor belt. |
