This invention relates to an inorganic reaction system for use in the production of electrically conductive pastes. The inorganic reaction system contains lead-containing components and elemental cerium, the lead-containing component accounts for 5-95% by weight of the inorganic reaction system, and the element cerium accounts for 5-95% by weight of the inorganic reaction system. It is recommended that the lead-containing component accounts for 40-90% by weight of the inorganic reaction system, and the elemental cerium accounts for 10-40% by weight of the inorganic reaction system. The lead-containing component is a glass frit containing lead oxide. Another aspect of the present invention is a conductive paste component comprising metal particles, the above inorganic reaction system, and an organic vehicle. Another aspect of the invention is an organic vehicle comprising a binder, a surfactant, an organic solvent, and a thixotropic agent. Another aspect of the invention is a solar cell printed with the above-described conductive paste, and a solar module assembled therewith. Another aspect of the invention is a method of making a solar cell. |
